python3-potr software package provides Pure Python implementation of the OTR protocol (Python 3), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-potr
python3-potr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-potr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-potr *
You will get with python3-potr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
